1 Introduction

Welcome to jet9. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jet9 ("jet9", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jet9 online betting and casino platform available at jet9.io and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

jet9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the jet9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jet9 does not permit access to any person under this age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and non-individual legal persons are not eligible to hold a player account.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either through jet9's own self-exclusion programme or through any applicable regulatory body or operator network.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or operating your account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all subsequent verification stages. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

jet9 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the eligibility criteria are not or are no longer satisfied.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on jet9. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jet9 will close the secondary account(s), void any associated bonuses, and may suspend the primary account pending investigation.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jet9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity and age of all registered players. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account showing your name)

Until KYC verification is completed to jet9's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be withheld. jet9 reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time, including where a player's account activity triggers an internal review.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. jet9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jet9 support immediately. jet9 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting jet9 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the jet9 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jet9 does not apply currency conversion fees. The balance displayed in your account reflects your actual BDT balance at all times.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods

jet9 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. jet9 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your jet9 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. jet9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where an alternative method is expressly approved by jet9 support.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• jet9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is material or where account activity warrants further review.

4.5 Declined Transactions

jet9 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, jet9 will notify the player and provide guidance on the next steps where it is lawful to do so.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, jet9 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives (collectively, "Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion concerned.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all Bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limits applicable to each Bonus are stated at the point of the offer. Real-money stakes are applied to Wagering Requirements before Bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following conduct constitutes Bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once; placing low-risk or opposing bets designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements; using automated tools to satisfy Wagering Requirements; or any other strategy that jet9 determines, at its sole discretion, to be an abuse of promotional terms. jet9 reserves the right to void Bonuses, recover associated winnings, and close accounts where Bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed Bonuses and unused free spins expire within the period stated in the individual promotion's terms. Expired Bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the validity period of any Bonus credited to their account.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the jet9 Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. jet9 will not be liable for bets placed in error.

6.2 Odds and Payouts

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those in effect at the time the bet is accepted. jet9 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds. Where a bet has been accepted at clearly erroneous odds, jet9 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.

6.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time, including where technical issues, data feed delays, or significant in-match events require a market to be reassessed. Bets placed before a suspension are valid provided they were fully accepted prior to the suspension taking effect.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games available on the jet9 Platform — including slots, live table games, crash games, and specialty titles — are provided by third-party certified game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. jet9 does not control and is not responsible for the internal mechanics of third-party game engines, but all studio partners are selected based on internationally recognised certification standards.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jet9 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jet9 staff or other players through any communication channel

8 Responsible Gaming

jet9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. 9 Privacy & Data

jet9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. jet9 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where jet9 is legally obligated to do so.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jet9 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jet9 or its licensed third-party partners. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of jet9.

Game content supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by jet9 under licence.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jet9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of account access, even if jet9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jet9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jet9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players where practicable.

12 Termination

jet9 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that account activity raises concerns relating to fraud or money laundering, or that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination for cause, jet9 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending full investigation. Where termination is found to be unjustified following investigation, any withheld funds will be returned to the player promptly.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting jet9 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests or open bets placed prior to the closure request.

13 Changes to These Terms

jet9 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jet9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via in-platform notification or email. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with a revision, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
